WeWork Community Leader interview questions

I had 4 interviews - an HR rep interview, one with the community manager (virtual), an onsite interview with the team, and a final interview with the area director. Overall the interview experience was great.

I applied for the position that had just been posted that day. I was contacted later that day to schedule a phone interview for the following week. Three days later, they cancelled my interview saying the position had already been filled. They should not have been scheduling interviews if they were that close to selecting a candidate. It was very unprofessional.
