WeWork Community Leader interview questions

The interview process for a Lead role internally wasn't too bad. If I remember correctly it was 2 interviews, one with the manager of the lead position you were applying to and one with the Area Director.

I initially had a phone call with People /HR recruiting team that lasted approximately 30 minutes. I then proceeded to schedule an in person interview at the office I'd be working at, with whom would be my direct manager and counterpart. Lastly I had a final interview with the area director and met other employees in addition to touring the workspace. This process lasted just 2 weeks.
