There were THREE phone screens, and two rounds of on-sites. In total, there were 15 hours worth of interviews. They seemed unable to figure out what they were looking for, and that disorganization showed.

Interview
The position is in Finance Dept, not a typical tech position with strong coding requirement. First round was HR screening, the questions were pretty straightforward. 2nd round is basically tech interview, a few behavioral questions were asked also, like why our company and stuff. The HR was talking in a kind of lazy tone, but the 2nd round lady was quite nice. Good luck, you all! I am gonna move on.

It was a telephonic interview, Very monotonous.
Interviewer was asking for pre-written standard questions without any further discussion. Looks like he was not interested from the start itself.
