Interview
Upon shortlisting, a diverse content test is handed out which gives you an idea of what kind of content you will most likely be working on. You can all out with crazy ideas on expansion packs, scrabble words, visual storytelling, etc.
It's good to know who your target audience is and then address the test accordingly.
The interviewing panel was just great to talk to.

Question 1
If you had all the resources and money what kind of game would you build?

Interview
I applied through the website and a few days later was contacted by a Recruiter via email for an initial phone screening. After speaking for about 30 minutes, I was asked to send my availability that same week so she could schedule a second phone screening with someone on the team. I did this immediately and the Recruiter never responded or contacted me again about the position, ignoring my emails when I followed up.
This is a pretty rude habit that sadly seems to be quite common for many Recruiters. The least you could do is send a canned response that you decided to go in another direction.
