      Taking all benefits such as pension. The pension is why most people take a salaried position. Lowest operator can make more money than salary with little overtime.

      Low stress, great people, plenty of opportunity to take initiative Nice place to work for a long time as long as you are basically competent/care

      Zero accountability for contractors aka they take multiple days to answer basic emails/ do their jobs Takes weeks to get the most basic activities/accesses approved
