Pros

Many of the hourly Employees are genuinely good people to work with.

Cons

1. ADM upper management really Loves drama. There are many people I met and worked with that have a buddy club and if you're not pre approved to be in it, you mean nothing to them. 2. Many Superintendents treat their Employees with disrespect and talk down to them to try to show their authority. (As if Employees don't already know they are the boss). 3. Finally, and most important, ADM has many, many Facilities/Elevators that have not been kept up as they should have over the years. I personally have seen dozens and dozens of unsafe situations at Elevators and heard of many more. This is a great way to save money regardless of the wellness of the Employees working them daily. As a previous worker, I can assure that someone is going to get hurt or worse. It is okay for them to break their own safety rules and cut corners, but be advised, if you break even one of their rules, if one of their few demeaning Superintendents don't fire you on the spot, the Drama Club will get you the next day. No second chances or ability to effectively explain the situation to keep your job.

Pros

Love the people I work with.

Cons

Favoritism, high school girl cliques, the pay is not fair new hires can make what I've worked hard in years in a few months. Managers lie to you, had 4 managers in 3 years none have known or want to know the job, but the evaluate your work, treat people like they are dirt on their shoe. Change our schedules on a whim from 8 hr shifts to a 12 hour shift but change it in their system so you don't get overtime. If you don't work other people's shifts on your off days then your not trying hard enough. Protect workers that are salary and target the hourly workers when the salaried worker screws off. They will tell you working 12s isn't that bad while they are at home by 4. No lunch no breaks if your by yourself. Oh you can while you work.and the adm policy is they cant hold you over after 12. Now with new policy is you can't leave period even after 12 hours if your relief don't show up.
