Business Outlook
Pros
Plenty of opportunity for young engineers. Opportunity to move between groups and divisions to find the best fit. Young engineers will be given as much responsibility as they are ready for.
Cons
Once advancement begins, so to does the politics. Trust between operations and commercial groups is lacking. The culture is changing from one of innovation to "cover your back" and "improve your chances by making others look bad".
