      Only good thing was the benefits.

      Cons

      Horrible organizational structure. There are different functions doing the same thing reporting to different leaders which create a lot of conflicts among employees. No transparency and no clear communication about strategy or priorities. Horrible leadership. Location is really bad. Almost no social life in the middle of soybean fields.
