      Pros

      There are a lot of good things at ADM. The people you work with are good, good support. The pay and benefits are really good...especially the benefits.

      Cons

      Slow moving. I worked on multiple projects that should have been done inside of 12 months, 18 at most and they dragged on for years. The bureaucracy is very bad. Innovation is slow and seems to be fought. The company is so big, there are multiple "silos". The various teams hardly know each other, if at all. On-boarding and learning everything takes forever. Systems are incredibly archaic.
