Love Games, Not Work

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Speaks for itself, if you love games like CoD, WoW, Diablo, OW2 and now the massive Xbox and Bethesda catalogues, it’s like a dream sometimes. - Great leaders and people on certain teams - Snacks - Office

Cons

- Terrible worklife balance, legacy gaming companies work you long and hard, like other entertainment industries, for the “privilege” of working there. - Some teams have terrible leaders and people not deserving of the title/pay. - Nepotism/favoritism/cronyism call it whatever you want. - Very limited growth/compensation opportunities compared to competitors

Pros

Good benefits. My team was great.

Cons

Harder to be promoted as a woman unless you have a sponsor at the top.
