      Nice office Great food Travel perks to AMS

      No diversity among CXO's Lack of autonomy and structure which seems like a paradox until you experience it There isn't a formal review system Politics over work product The list goes on, but the worst is how they treat minorities. I saw many suspiciously not meet the ~2 month probation period. It's a trend CXO's would rather ignore. Also, don't mention stablecoins. That's a naughty word.

      The people at Adyen are friendly and talented. A lot of collaboration in the office.

      Cons

      New Treasury leadership with more politics and favoritism. Stay on her good side or your career at Adyen will go nowhere.

      Poor leadership since 2023. People who were promoted to manager from that year had chip on their shoulder and used their new power to rain terror on their teams.
