- Compensation is okay - Nice events and lunches - There are some great people, but they are getting less and less

Cons

- New joiners bringing in a different culture are not mixing well with the Formula - Inadequate middle managers not giving people opportunities, pushing them down due to their own insecurities - Interviewing process was very inconsistent and additional stages/hoops were added
