Lack of Support in Europe compared with LatAM

Cons

Lack of support if you're based in Europe, compared to what fellow team members get in LATAM. Oh, and the CEO can act a little unprofessionally on the meetings, bullying the other team members.

high variety of clients and a ton of opportunities to learn new things

Cons

You can get stuck with a bad project. Sometimes is hard to improve as a designer in here, since we change clients very frequently and don't have a long term involvement with the product.
