      Pros

      The people are awesome. Every single employee I have worked with is top notch, never settling for less than the best. The mission is also incredibly motivating. Engineers can build software at many companies, but few offer the satisfaction that your work helps an important cause. In addition, DC is a great place to live.

      Cons

      There are no obvious cons with CreamTec. The best one I can think of is a less than fully formed career advancement program. CreamTecis a small company, so it hasn't established or standardized how to get opportunities to move up in the company. Some departments are more ahead than others in this. ... there is so much work to be done that its hard to know when to stop some days...

      A company with great deal of flexibility

      Pros

      Company has an extensive portfolio of customers/projects that provides wide selection of opportunities for its employees. Excellent communication between senior management and team members. Full benefits package and the ability to have a flexible schedule if needed provide a stress-free environment to work in. I feel lucky to have ended up in this company.

      Cons

      There were minor glitches with new employees onboarding procedures, which were resolved to the complete satisfaction of all the parties involved.

      Pros

      Very dynamic and flexible environment, good Clients to work with. CEO is great, listens to the needs of employees and makes sure they stay happy and enjoy their work. Overall, the whole team is very friendly and you can actually feel that everyone's working for the same goal.

      Cons

      I believe that every company has their downside, but I haven't found any so far :) It all depends on what you're looking for, for me it's a perfect match and I'm quite happy.
