      Pros

      I`ve been working here more than 5 years. It`s a company with an informal atmosphere where you can feel free to do the latest technologies and processes. You can talk directly to Alex if you think that it will help. Alex, owner of the company is one of the great technical guys I`ve met. So it`s great to work in a company with a smart and friendly CEO.

      Cons

      I would say that biggest issue I`ve come across working here - when you come late to work it`s hard to find a good place to park.

      - Your professional growth is only limited by your skills and imagination. Your project and customer is doing well? You have great opportunity do diversify your skills and help out the other projects – using paid overtime scheme. - Direct communication with the clients and their teams is highly appreciated – no team leads or PMs will isolate you, everyone who wants to be visible will be visible to the client. - “Room-system” in the main office – say bye-bye to crowded and noisy open-space. Office in general is very comfortable and feels like a second home. - The Simplicity is a cornerstone of the project management philosophy in AgileEngine. You won’t sink in project bureaucracy in any way. - If for some reasons you screwed the things up and request help – you’ll get HELP, not punishment from AgileEngine management, including CEO when required. - Salaries are above market average for corresponding positions

      Nothing major. Compensation package could be slightly better (vacations policy & medical insurance)

      -tons of opportunities (new projects + side projects) -great salary -fun teambuilding & corporate events -the office is really great and it's allowed to customize your room (not open space) -superb team with skilled specialists so together as a team we can solve any problem

      Cons

      -no real - maybe just bigger parking lot near the office - sometimes it's hard to find space
