Great company, great people! The model of work at Agile Engine was always to have happy and satisfied people that build products with a purpose. Very flexible management, no stupid meetings, unwanted reports. The Company is filled with exceptional people who challenge and inspire each other.

Career oportunities are pretty great: company is relatively small so every single employee is visible and matters a lot. Project are exciting, challenging and motivating towards further professional improvements. People in teams are really professional and nice!

Cons

Mostly regular disadvantages of relatively small companies, but nothing really significant here. Work/life balance in general could be better/more predictable, but otherwise everything is good!
