      Recruitment process full of lies

      Pros

      - They claim to pay well, which seems to be true.

      Cons

      - The recruiter lied to me about open "Lead positions". They had ones named like this, but these were purely development (not even Techlead) roles, named like this just for attention. - The recruiter lied to me about the company profile. He kept mentioning products used by big companies, startups, but hasn't said a single word about consultancy or outsourcing. Had I known that, I wouldn't participate in the process. - All that information was provided at second stage of the process, after I had already spent time doing the Codility task.

      - Management always shifting - Recently forced to switch payment methods and employees took ~20% downgrade payment in new taxes - No paid leave in Argentina

      I would like to express my gratitude to Alex for being a best CEO. I'm really glad to have a chance to work closely with such solid professional, self-confident and rock-star person! The way he transforms mistakes into skills is the art. Even so he has so limited time he does find a time to share his knowledge and teach new tricks. His endless support, huge trust and encouragement aspires and motivating to be the best!
