      Great company you can growth with as a Client as well as a Specialist.

      - well built internal processes which helps keep on track with Clients and satisfy their needs as well as allow to Specialists growth. - wide range of specialists willing and able to transform different kinds of business and development tasks into the working and deployed product. - flexible and able to track and improve work efficiency even in the fully dedicated team model. - AgileEngine deliver a value, not only lines of code.

      Cons

      There is nothing to think about. I am able to compare with a lot of other companies, but I would say AgileEngine is most client and specialists oriented at the same time which is rarely find. This is win-win combination for Client and Specialists.

      - Challenging b2b projects - Ability to grow in the topic you like the most, such as UI, motion, UX interactions, or user research

      Cons

      - Lack of proper support when working with toxic clients - Aggressive in-rush performance they expect from designers all the time - Lack of management of diverse designers that have to be dedicated to a client's project and conclude internal tasks - One of the internal tasks is to make a solid design studio UI guidance but a lack of communication prevents other department use this is socials and sales materials
