Why do you have to schedule late night meetings ? It is treating the people like machines and completely ignoring their well-being. There should not be any meetings after 7 PM, period. I have meetings as late as 11:30 PM on daily basis to sync up with the team in US. These can be completely avoided with better planning and management.

Before you approve you 3 months you will get an evaluation each 6 months, in this evaluation your rate per hour could be increase. You have some budgets to spend one time, each month or each year. Educational, leisure with your coworkers, etc. They gave me a $1,000 signing bonus.

Cons

In my specific case, I spent a year working in this company, in which the client never gave me feedback, and they did not evaluate my performance as a professional. I never had problems of any kind in that company, neither with the client nor with Agile Engine, and even so, the way my contract ended was that I did not have the seniority that I claimed, when I was fulfilling my duties and tasks all the time. , sometimes I needed help, but I think it's according to my level, which is SSR full stack. For this reason they ended my contract saying that I was a Junior and they did not leave me on the bench as Agile Engine promised. btw I approved the period of evaluation (3 months) as a strong middle Engineer full stack.
