      Pros

      Firstly, there are a lot of freedom that requires self-organisation and responsibility. Secondly, everyone is open and friendly to you so you can ask for help your boss, or boss of your boss, if you need their help. Last but not least, , there is a lot of room for improvement, so you can act your best and bring your own innovations to hole process.

      At AgileEngine you can grow as a professional and as a person at the same time. It's a place where you can get everything you want. Interesting tasks, great experience, smart and friendly management, cool teams can make you happy) It's a great pleasure to work here!

      Pros

      Great place for self-organized goal-oriented person to work at. Friendly people, flexible hours, all the tools you need and a great deal of trust.

      Cons

      Flexible hours are US-focused so sometimes you may have to stay for a late meeting which may affect work-life balance; nothing else comes to mind for this section though.
