      Pros

      - Most of the projects are really awesome. AgileEngine targets startups and therefore you have better chances to work with latest technologies and methodologies. - You can easily switch e.g. from .NET to Java, iOS or even Ruby if you're willing to. - Your opinion matters. - Minimum bureaucracy. You communicate directly with decision makers, no need to push through extra people. - You gain what you earn. If you learn hard and work hard you get outstanding attitude and compensation. - People. They are cool, talented and awesome here. - You always can find a competent developer who can help you with unfamiliar technology or framework.

      Pros

      - definitely the company which helps you to be better and to grow up professionally; - really dynamic & flexible environment; - quick & robust with any kind of questions; - smart & talented people; - friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Nothing crucial, but as for improvements: - be more standardized with internal processes; - bonus program could be a great plus for motivation.

      I`ve been working here more than 5 years. It`s a company with an informal atmosphere where you can feel free to do the latest technologies and processes. You can talk directly to Alex if you think that it will help. Alex, owner of the company is one of the great technical guys I`ve met. So it`s great to work in a company with a smart and friendly CEO.

      Cons

      I would say that biggest issue I`ve come across working here - when you come late to work it`s hard to find a good place to park.
