      AgileEngine has a great supportive & collaborative culture. People here are willing to help you to achieve results, share their knowledge, updates and news - everything on a timely matter. The HR team is really nice and welcoming, from day 1 I felt like a part of a team! Management is also very supporting, it is easy to connect with them if you need advice and they are open to ideas, processes are also set and improved when needed. The team is global and multicultural, which create interesting challenges for professional development. Work-life balance is great as well, it is 100% remote and the hours are flexible. The salary is market-competitive and there are additional budgets for education/sports and teambuildings.

      Cons

      The number of PTO days is slightly lower than the IT market average.
