      Pros

      AgileEngine is a place where you can grow, take ownership, and really see the impact of your work. As a manager, I appreciate how much trust and autonomy the company gives. You have space to make decisions, build your team, and drive results, while always feeling supported by leadership. The culture is very open and collaborative, and people here are truly talented, motivated, and kind. It’s inspiring to work with such a strong team where everyone cares about what they do.

      Cons

      Honestly, there’s not much to complain about - things can move quickly at times because the company grows fast, but it keeps you learning and engaged.
