In addition, I work with the top 3% of professionals in the market. Everyone contributes to building a great environment! As an AgileEngineer, I have all sorts of programs to develop my skills like: - Leadership House - Mentorship program - Interviewers club - Tech talks - Part-time projects to get new experiences. As well as they offer budgets for education, sports, and home office! In a few months, I got the opportunity to become a Tech lead, and all these experiences make me feel comfortable recommending AgileEngine. It is one of the fastest-growing companies in the Americas, and here we can turn ideas into reality.
