      Recruitment process full of lies

      Pros

      - They claim to pay well, which seems to be true.

      Cons

      - The recruiter lied to me about open "Lead positions". They had ones named like this, but these were purely development (not even Techlead) roles, named like this just for attention. - The recruiter lied to me about the company profile. He kept mentioning products used by big companies, startups, but hasn't said a single word about consultancy or outsourcing. Had I known that, I wouldn't participate in the process. - All that information was provided at second stage of the process, after I had already spent time doing the Codility task.

      People are amazing, - never hesitate to try experimental methods, even though there is a strong understanding of standard approaches. Work-life balance and self-development. A lot of opportunities for acquiring new skills and knowledge as well as for career growth. If you request the resources you need to accomplish objectives, your request will be approved in most cases. Diversity environment and strong work ethic.

      Cons

      A very dynamic read "hectic' :-) working environment, as the Company was growing extremely fast during 2022. Sometimes, prioritising tasks was an issue, as they were all important at one moment, and juggling between meetings was`t a cup of tea either.
