Pros

High payment in dollars, great environment with young and supportive managers. CEO and directors truly worry about your feeling in the project and if you are happy overall. Constant feedback and salary/role check ups often. Challenging projects in US companies with great opportunities for growing and learn in new technologies. Parties and meetings along the year at the respective country you are, and everyone works in here looks happy and eager to help you always! It looks like a dream, but it is AgileEngine

Cons

You need to negotiate a good/average salary when you join in order to not get stuck behind. If you don't have a project or client cuts off you, you can stay on new home waiting for new project that most part of time is paid, but we never know, this is a bit insecure.

Pros

AgileEngine has a great work environment, technical expertise, career path and possibilities of growth. I have been working at it for some years and I need to say it is the best company I have ever worked at, specially when compared to the companies of my home country. A point that is important to mention is the "New Home", a process in which the company looks for a position for you in a new project and client and you go through some internal selection processes for that. You can go through this because the client itself does not want to work with you anymore (so it "fires" you) or because you wish to move to another project and client by your own choice (and in that case, you keep up in your current project until you move to a new one). I have been through both situations, in which I had all the support I needed from AgileEngine. People from the company who were responsible for my New Home were always very supportive and kind and I received constructive feedback from all the internal selection processes that I did not pass. It is also important to highlight the company also provides courses and other opportunities for you to grow as a developer and prepare yourself for those processes while you are in New Home. In other words: New Home means that even though the client "fired" you, AgileEngine will still aid you and insist on keeping you with it. It will fight by your side to keep you there and avoid to fire you as well.

Cons

It is also important to mention that if you are in the New Home process because the client "fired" you, even though the company provides all the necessary support, there is a big chance that you might not receive any compensation until AgileEngine finds a new position for you. That possibility is dealt with by providing some internal opportunities for you to perform side jobs and make some money from that (for instance: temporary positions).
