      - Due to large community there's always more experienced designer who can help and teach; - Company really cares about your comfort and safety; - Company is interested in contractors' growth so each has an additional educational budget for the books, workshops etc.; - No any specific control from the leads' perspective - you always can manage your day as you wish.
