I joined AgileEngine 3 years ago and started my work within one of largest projects within the company. All I can say now - there are a lot of opportunities for people who wants to grow. Very friendly environment, good technical equipment and interesting challenges - I've found it here in AgileEngine. I would like also to say thank you to our CEO Alex Kalinovsky for his support and motivation. It is real a very smart person who knows what to suggest and what's the right time for suggestions.

Cool people are working in AE, professional and motivated. Zero bureaucracy. Knowledge sharing meetings. Managers are open to suggestions. Free sneaks and fruits. Really interesting Parties (big ones at winter and summer) and celebrations for Holidays. Regular Salary and skills evaluations. Yoga and spots in the office. Possibility to switch between projects and technologies.

Cons

Cannot find any. One of the best places I've worked.
