Great place for self-organized goal-oriented person to work at. Friendly people, flexible hours, all the tools you need and a great deal of trust.

Cons

Flexible hours are US-focused so sometimes you may have to stay for a late meeting which may affect work-life balance; nothing else comes to mind for this section though.

Incredible company. I love AgileEngine with all my heart ;) Smart, creative, and interesting people. Lots of interesting tasks. Nice work environment. Great benefits package. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone even without all benefits.
