Low Job Security + Low Pay

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

AE is working on a contractual arrangement whilst employing employees full time in India. Outside India, they have a hourly rate engagement. In India, they pay low, and put employees on sabbatical as soon as they don't see a project or skill alignment in pipeline. Sabbatical was never informed before Joining in India. HR mentions, that in sabbatical, the employee is essentially not receiving any salary from AE. Wierd, but that's how they work in India.

Cons

Salaries, they are trying to go below even the lowest bar in Market Pay Bracket of India.

Your feedback on compensation and project continuity is very helpful and will guide us as we improve how we support our teams in India and worldwide.
