Seems to be in a downward spiral

Pros

Interesting and varied projects, and a fun environment to work in. Great people who are committed to doing their best in difficult circumstances. Salaries and benefits are ok. Work-life balance is good.

Cons

Unfortunately the company is obsessed with short term cost cutting, and currently far too many poorly executed changes are being implemented at once. People leaving not replaced with resulting resource shortages and stress. New processes and systems parachuted down from above making most people's jobs harder, not easier.
