Pros

Large fortune 500 hundred company, wide recognized in the world, global company

Cons

Company constantly under reorganization a different manager every year or two which results in redoing the same projects to the new managers ideas. Organization has become so lean most people do the job of three people. Most employees not encaged. Equipment and tools are outdated and breaking often.

Pros

At least it would be a job.

Cons

High turnover of top management. New management does not have a clear understanding of the company's technologies or markets. Shedding older, experienced employees for young inexperience new hires. No effort made to transfer experience and knowledge from departing older employees. This has created a high stress working environment, depressed morale and has hurt productivity. Currently is not a good place to work.
