Not a good experience

Pros

Benefits are average for area but is still Tier 2.

Cons

Culture is toxic and it is specific by business area worked - some better that others, but overall bad. The employee turnover is worse I have ever seen in manufacturing.

Pros

Dream racing team is a great distraction from the rest of the poorly managed company. Color of the year is another unique and oddly European distraction.

Cons

#RudeClouseau who "manages" worldwide projects - cracking fireproofing 2x too thick and epoxy phenolic that has the measles after 3 months in 3 different yards.

Sad but true

Business Outlook

Pros

Used to be a great place to come to work, with really strong core values. I hate to say it but that all fell by the wayside when they started caring less about quality and more about numbers

Cons

Teriable management actually none to be exact SS well as quality control now a days we can't even get people to put labels on right sad but true
