Pros

Really good, talented people in all areas but a mass exodus - some enforced - ensued from 2005 onwards. People had worked hard and cared about the brands they represented and developed.

Cons

New recruits were simply not up to the task and the quality of the commercial teams fell rapidly. New senior management were simply in it for themselves and very quickly established a clique culture - if you towed the line and did not rock the boat then you were accepted.

Pros

It seems to impress people if it’s on your cv

Cons

Hypocrisy abounds. No diversity. Competence and experience count for nothing.

Pros

A few nice people

Cons

Worked at felling Gateshead site. Awful management. If they don’t like you they will do anything to force you out. Only look out for themselves I found.
