Pros

Open floor concept with huge lunch area.

Cons

The company has changed directors so many times. The culture is not great at all. You are a slave to them and their no perks besides pre tax public transportation. No chances of moving up the corporate ladder if your a minority of any kind. Yes it’s true and most mangers claim they listen but don’t.

Pros

One of the largest global paint and coatings companies

Cons

Work is chaotic - priorities constantly change, even straight after meetings! Doesn't value its employees leading to a high turnover of personel. No progression except for a chosen few.
