Decorative Paints R&D - Slough

Pros

Plenty of opportunities, both in Slogh and globally.

Cons

The Slough R&d site has diminished in influence these past few years, with the Dutch owners re-asserting themselves. The company can't seem to make a long term commitment to whether they want to maintain Slough, or move all research activities to the Netherlands. Or perhaps it has.

Pros

Very good company to work for in the UK. Good salaries for the industry and good benefits. The company offers you opportunities of evolution.

Cons

the atmosphere has changed dramatically over the last 2-3 years which makes it a less enjoyable place to work. It is now too much driven by the headoffice in holland
