Pros

The culture and the people are the best thing about this company. When in a good position the work can be challenging and engaging.

Cons

Restructuring every few years. Essentially lying to all employees about 'streamlining' and 'delayering' to become more customer focus when whole technical support teams are made redundant and services get moved to different parts around the globe!

Pros

The majority of your colleagues are a pleasure to work with; enthusiastic and motivated, and a lot of fun. They have a good approach to internal training and funding higher education.

Cons

Senior management are extremely detached from the rest of the company. The strategy for growth changes every 3 years resulting in a stagnant environment. Motivation is steadily dropping among most employees as a result, and more people are leaving each week.
