Slash, cut, and be surprised with poor results

Pros

It serves a variety of fairly attractive markets.

Cons

Draconian HR practices. Examples: tuition reimbursement program capped to a mere 25,000 euro for a degree, requires you to be at least MM3, and 3 years of strings attached. Forced grading of 10% of the population as being "below target", etc. Very European-centric. As a collection of businesses cobbled together through years of acquisitions, there are very few locations with a critical mass to make you feel like you are part of something bigger. A march to reducing the number of sites has begun the loss of critical knowledge and skills.

Pros

Some of my coworkers were amazing people to work with.

Cons

Culture. The best way to describe it is "turncoat". Leadership. They don't know the meaning of the word. Expectation of an average of 50 hours a week. Human Resources ineffective and incompetent.
