      Interesting projects in different industries (+you often can choose a project for yourself), good and mostly stress-free atmosphere in the company, stability of the brand, good colleagues not only in terms of professional skills, but also in terms of personal relationships. For those who want to work in the office, there is an amazing office in the heart of Warsaw.

      Cons

      I’d like to have a wider range of snacks in the office kitchen.

      Strong Client Exposure and Supportive Culture — Ideal for Self-Driven Developers

      Pros

      Working with multiple clients provides valuable exposure to a wide range of business domains, tech stacks, and team cultures. It’s a great way to grow quickly and stay adaptable. Even though we’re placed on client projects, internal coordinators and managers remain responsive and supportive. They regularly check in and help resolve issues when needed.

      Cons

      While communication exists, technical collaboration between developers on different projects is minimal. Cross-project knowledge sharing could be encouraged more.
