Pros

working here for a year and a change, all conditions are good

Cons

hybrid 3-2 means you obliged to do 2 days at office. I want to sometimes do 0-5 or 5-0 or 1-4 or 4-1 or whatever

Thank you for your feedback and such a high estimation of our company! Today, IT companies are switching from the remote work format to the in-office one – this is a general trend in the market; however, Andersen still strives to offer certain flexibility to its employees. We hope for your understanding

Pros

Great offices with a convenient location. Excellent corporate activities organized by the company. If you have the desire and time to improve your skills, there's an opportunity to do so with the company's support - taking courses on Moodle, trying yourself as an interviewer, mentor, speaker speaker or even Associated Lead.

Cons

The main issue is the lack of long-term projects. Developers often have to switch between short projects lasting 3-4 months with tight deadlines. Under these conditions, speed is more important than quality, which makes it impossible to write good code. Constant project changes hinder development: there's no time to think through architectural solutions and gain experience working on large-scale systems, which prevents the development of design skills and expertise in working with enterprise-level applications. Additional activities may go unpaid due to the lack of internal corporate grades for receiving bonuses, even though the extra work is performed with proper quality (for example, supporting a new developer on your project, often a junior who requires increased attention).

Pros

You can get a good experience if you are a complete zero or want to start your career in IT. Helpful and awesome colleagues Cool HR team

Cons

They made paid bonuses unpaid this year. Reasoning it with: In other companies you wouldn't get paid at all for that. Seek for unpaid labor, silly rules and stages in order to get your bonus. They gonna sell you as a senior when you are junior – it helps at the start but does affect the way you see yourself as a specialist. So, you are senior for the client but junior for the company because no way that Andersen shows you that you are worthy. If you are not doing 5+ free activities - no payment raise. Stupid feedback system where 3 -ok and 5 unachievable.
