      I have been working at this company for more than 6 years, and I would like to share my thoughts about my experience. Supportive Environment. From the very beginning of my journey, I have always felt supported by the management, HR managers, and colleagues. The atmosphere in the workplace is consistently pleasant, supportive, and positive. Team Communication. Communication within the team and with management is built on trust. It is always easy to discuss any questions and receive clear answers. Corporate Life. HR managers strive to create a vibrant corporate life and take into account the needs of the majority of employees.

      At the moment, I cannot identify any significant drawbacks.

      Help to grow, internal resources and activities to learn and grow in your field, some flexibility in your work format and schedule, almost no micromanagement and general trust, good social policies like support of ukraine and employees from there,

      Great community vs tightening budgets

      Pros

      All things people - nice office, team, atmosphere. Diverse projects. Transparent requirements / conditions. For junior positions it's also an opportunity to get a first job via internship. Good activities after work.

      Cons

      All things money - modest salary, "business optimizations" (the tendency to cut bonuses / make them unreliable), additional (overtime) activities as the only way to get a raise.
