      Pros

      Great opportunity for entry-level IT specialists to develop within the industry. The benefits package is strong — medical insurance and sports compensation are both useful and appreciated. The office is modern and centrally located, with a friendly, supportive team. Frequent events (at least in the Polish offices) add to a positive work environment.

      Cons

      Career and salary progression relies heavily on involvement in extra activities beyond core responsibilities — such as interviewing interns or leading lab projects. These are required from a certain grade level, yet go unpaid for the first six months. Even after that, compensation is folded into the annual bonus, not reflected in monthly salary. This structure leads to unavoidable overwork.

      Many locations, bonuses and achievable plans, possible to maintain work-life balance (hardly, but still), really good team, use of English and other foreign languages in work, remote work.

      Cons

      I don’t know, maybe bad cookies and coffee at the office.
