      Some of my colleagues were incredibly supportive and talented.

      Cons

      The office environment feels uninspiring—there are no plants, no relaxation zones, or spaces to recharge. Workspace feel cold and impersonal. Leadership often felt disconnected from employees, and communication about important decisions was inconsistent. Opportunities for career growth are limited. No bonuses/salary raise for 2 years straight.

      An excellent company with various opportunities for growth and development through additional activities, educational courses from the company and additional courses on Wiki, of which there are many. Initiative is encouraged. The company also participates in compensation for development activities: certifications, conferences, courses, sports. The choice depends on your wishes or relevance to the project. The company has a wide system of discounts in gyms, stores, establishments, services. Various events throughout the month. Provides all the conditions for comfortable work: equipment, a comfortable workplace in the office, technical support, medical insurance. The company, according to its capabilities, listens to wishes about the future project. Provides assistance if knowledge is not sufficient at the moment. There is an internal system for assessing the development of an employee, which must be carried out between levels. Suitable for active employees who strive for development.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can get tired of frequent changes in the conditions for improving the level of qualification or simply changes in the company's processes.

      The company has something to offer apart from money – offices in many countries, cookies at the office, different discounts, parties and team-building from the company, medical insurance, English courses, a bonus system (that’s all th benefits so far that I discovered since I was hired by Andersen).

      I don’t see any problems here.
