      Cons

      Among the drawbacks, I would highlight: occasionally long periods of project searching, their lack of interest, and slow further development that doesn't meet your expectations.

      Pros

      I worked at Andersen 3 years ago for a year, and don’t have complaints. I was hired as a junior java developer. In the previous place of work, I was a QA and they wasn’t happy when I told them I want to become a java developer and didn’t allow me to change direction within the company, so I changed the company :) Andersen actually allows you to do so. In general, it’s a good place to start your career in the new direction or in IT in general. They also allow to work from home or switch between office and home, but I recommend to work from office, because there is a lot of fun in the office. At least it was so when I worked there.

      No cons, but I don’t work there for long, maybe something changed already
