      Pros

      The company give learning and development opportunities. It is easy to grow here and it is clear how to do it thanks to personal development plan. Additional activities, for which you receive additional money. Plus the activities itself are interesting and goood to broaden your expertise. Good corporate culture and real support of Ukrainian employees.

      Cons

      The company isn’t perfect. but it’s good enough to work here.

      Smooth processes inside company. Salary is normal

      Cons

      Climbing career steps is hard and slow. Once you are hired your salary review will be strictly once a year. No bonuses

      large company, care about its reputation, average salary rate for the country, regular payment without delays, stability despite the crisis, honest processes, noone tries to cheat on you, good culture, care of reputation, friendly people

      nothing, or maybe I just worked in small companies and don’t see what can be wrong with large company
