Regular surveys are conducted, aiming to strike a fair balance between employee interests and company interests. There are growth and development opportunities for everyone, with a strong emphasis on initiative and taking responsibility. An indicator of this is that employees can progress from internships to top management within a few years.

Cons

Planning processes changes should extend to a year or two ahead, rather than making decisions on the spot with short implementation deadlines. More attention needs to be given to communication, holding meetings with employees, and promoting the company's philosophy not only on Instagram but more with the internal audience. Since insufficient change management makes it difficult for employees to adapt.

Pros

Amazing Java team, education opportunities, money paid, entertainment activities, especially if you visit office.

Cons

Before your project ends, they will find you a new one or two. You have to pass interviews asap and many times to switch to another project without being on bench. This creates pressure.

- They help you to grow. Especially if you are an entry-level specialist. The assessment procedures help to define goals and develop professionally - You can work from office and home

Cons

- A lot of control from corporate VPN to management - The company asked me for things I should not say a word about, but then if you do something wrong, you lose the job immediately - strict - Earlier it was easier to select projects, now there are not so many free positions - You need to fight for increasing salary - Payment for additional activities is often yearly and if you haven't worked for a year you will not get the compensation
