      A lot of pretentiousness, incompetent management, one of the worst companies I’ve worked for.

      Pros

      Official employment, a considerable amount of work and projects.

      Cons

      There is no concept of career growth, disrespectful treatment of employees like slaves, no hierarchy, no respect for the opinions of competent people, team members undermine each other, nepotism in hiring. A young team, primarily consisting of students who are still learning to work.

We take feedback seriously and strive to create a positive, respectful work environment and provide career development for all employees, as evidenced by engagement surveys - these divisions have some of the highest rates. Andersen has founded and is developing a management school, a sales school and a delivery manager school. IT is a highly competitive field and only true proven professionals stay in it.       Pros

      Lot's of tasks any complexity. Here you won't be bored with "paperwork". Teammates arrange various private events. There is also some way to professionally grow. Salary is also an advantage, since it's higher than average on the market. As a marketer, I won't go to any other company, because I am afraid to have less interesting tasks (and budget)

      Cons

      Work-life balance, unfortunately... Even if you have your break as per agreement, there can be someone who will disturb you. Same with after working hours. Yes, you are allowed not to answer, but this just reflects on the mental health. You are always expecting someone to disturb you.

Time zone issues are relevant to any large international company, and we pay attention to this issue as well. Please contact your manager for more information about your department's communication strategy - you may not need to respond to messages outside your time zone's working hours.
