Pros

Opportunity for Professional Growth: One of the biggest advantages of working here is the ample opportunity for development. The company encourages continuous learning and provides the resources necessary to advance in your field. Whether it's through internal training sessions or access to external courses, I've been able to expand my skills significantly. Diverse and Global Clientele: Working with clients from various locations around the globe has been an enriching experience. The diversity in the types of businesses we manage keeps the work interesting and engaging. It’s a great place to learn about different markets and industries. Career Start with Minimal Experience: When I joined, I had very little professional experience, but the company gave me a chance to prove myself. Balancing work and my university studies was challenging, but the support I received here made it possible. It’s a fantastic place to start your career, even if you're still completing your education. Vibrant Corporate Culture: The company’s corporate life is dynamic and lively. There are always events, team-building activities, and opportunities to connect with colleagues. The office atmosphere is positive and motivates you to come to work every day. International Travel Opportunities: Another highlight of working here is the possibility of traveling for work. I've had the chance to visit several countries, which not only helped me grow professionally but also personally. Performance-Based Compensation: Your efforts don’t go unnoticed here. If you achieve high results, there’s a clear path to increasing your salary. This is particularly motivating and pushes you to perform at your best.

Cons

High Workload: On the flip side, the workload can be overwhelming at times. The number of hours you need to put in can be significant, including occasionally working on weekends. This can make it difficult to maintain a work-life balance. Micro Management: Micromanagement is a downside in the company because it stifles creativity and reduces morale. When every detail is controlled, it leaves little room for us to take initiative or develop own solutions. However, Andersen is actively working to address this issue by encouraging a culture of trust and empowerment. Steps are being taken to give us more autonomy, allowing for greater creativity and ownership in work.

Thanks for the feedback. As you rightly pointed out, the workload is compensated by higher salaries. We do have a list of top performers, and that list is updated every quarter. Top performers receive additional benefits and are first in line for salary reviews and promotions. Every large international company strives to control internal processes to ensure stability and quality of work. Please contact your manager or HR with your suggestions. We value the opinions and input of our employees.
