      Friendly team, great office life, interesting projects and various opportunities. You can always find true friends in the company, a lot of different useful connections.

      Cons

      It's not a certain company's cons, probably the whole market issue now, but nowadays it's really hard to start a career in IT and you have to wait for the real project a while.

      Andersen provides a strong learning environment for junior developers. The company offers structured processes, supportive mentors, and clear expectations for growth. Teams are collaborative, and communication is generally smooth. The work culture encourages discipline, responsibility, and continuous improvement. There are many opportunities to work on real projects and develop practical skills. Overall, it’s a solid place to gain experience and strengthen both technical and soft skills.

      Cons

      They didn’t buy me the Qatar national uniform, but honestly, that doesn’t matter at all. Everything else here has been beyond amazing. Our HRs aren’t just doing their jobs they’ve gone above and beyond, supporting us, caring for us, and making us feel truly seen. I never imagined a workplace could feel like a second family, but they made it happen. Because of them, I feel at home, valued, and understood every single day. Reading this, I can’t help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude, This place has touched my heart in ways I never expected.
