      Overall fine if you work here for a long time, for a newcomer might be overwhelming

      Pros

      - Resource management helps to organise the work overall - If you're doing you job good - you will be noticed and it will give you some benefits afterwards - Possibilities for personal development are wide, you could attend courses and choose directions of your development

      Cons

      - Too many managers for a single employee. A lot of people that controls you and long line of managers who dictates is kinda descending order of managers - You're too dependent from your location, projects might not be proposed to you - Not much projects for experienced developers, more opportunities for jun-mid employees - For jun devs PDP system might be overwhelming, because they're really busy on getting knowledge from a project that they have and the company asks for passing some goals/courses and so on. Which is performed mostly in their free time

      The biggest advantage of the company is its huge knowledge base, with many things covered and many professionals to talk to about the topic you want to delve into.

      Cons

      This is the company where I started my path as a PM, so I don’t want to say anything bad about it.
